RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we are now offering exchanges and returns for up to 14 days after the date of delivery. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item/items back to us. For an exchange, you will be responsible for covering the cost to send it back to us, and also for covering the cost of the new item/items to be shipped to you.
Any and all returns/exchanges made from the U.S. or outside of Canada are responsible for all duty fees and/or shipping costs.
What is your policy for SALE items?
All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are firm on this policy and there are no exceptions. All Sale items can take up to two weeks to ship.
How do I process a return or exchange?
In the case of an exchange or or return, please send us an email at email@example.com with the subject line including “exchange/return” along with your order number.

- The size and color of what you’d like for the exchange
- Your order number
What is your policy for pre sale items?
All PRE SALE orders are non refundable. Once you receive your swimsuit, if the sizing is incorrect, you can exchange for a different size, or return for a store credit. We are firm on this policy.
Items not eligible for a return or exchange
We will not accept your return or exchange if there is any perfumes, oil, lotions, deoderant, or fluids on the suit. The product must be in its original condition and the sanitary sticker must be in place.
