We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we are now offering exchanges and returns. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item/items back to us. For an exchange, you will be responsible for covering the cost to send it back to us, and also for covering the cost of the new item/items to be shipped to you. In the case of an exchange or or return, please send us an email at email@example.com with the subject line including “exchange/return” along with your order number. Include all information - reason for exchange or return, size and color of what you’d like for the exchange, etc.
all PRE SALE orders are non refundable. Once you receive your swimsuit, if the sizing is incorrect, you can exchange for a different size, or return for a store credit. We are firm on this policy.
We will not accept your return or exchange if there is any perfumes, oil, lotions, deoderant, or fluids on the suit. The product must be in its original condition and the sanitary sticker must be in place.
